Dr. David Rose is the owner and Chiropractor at Back to Health Chiropractic. Dr. Rose in a Marin County native and has practiced in Larkspur for more than 25 years. He obtained his education at University of California, Santa Cruz and Life Chiropractic College – West. He has been a Certified Disability Evaluator and State-Appointed Qualified Medical Evaluator by the State of California since 1994. Dr. Rose is a member of the California Chiropractic Association and was a faculty member at Life Chiropractic College – West from 1987 to 1990 teaching Spinal Anatomy and Upper Cervical Technique. Outside of work, Dr. Rose enjoys skiing, windsurfing, and spending time with his family.
